1. Ticket Purchase

All tickets purchased through this website are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digitally or printed) at the entrance.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. Promotional pricing is available for a limited time and may change without notice.

3. Entry Requirements

• Valid ticket must be shown at entrance (email confirmation or SMS)
• Children under 3 years enter free of charge
• Children aged 3-12 qualify for child ticket pricing
• Photo ID may be required for annual pass holders

4. Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. Date changes may be requested at no additional cost by contacting customer service prior to the visit date. Requests within 24 hours of booking may not be honored.

5. Park Rules

• Guests must follow all safety instructions and ride restrictions
• Height and age restrictions apply to certain rides
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry
• The park is not responsible for lost or stolen items

6. Weather Policy

The theme park operates in most weather conditions. Outdoor rides may be temporarily closed during severe weather for safety. No refunds are provided for weather-related ride closures.

7. Liability

Guests enter the theme park at their own risk. The park management shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
